These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fliko platform and website at fliko.org. By creating an account or using any part of our service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Fliko is operated by Fliko, ul. Chmielna 73, 4th Floor, Warsaw, Mazowieckie 00-078, Poland. These Terms are governed by Polish law and applicable European Union regulations.

1. Service Description

Fliko provides a digital event ticketing platform that allows event organizers to create events, sell tickets, manage attendees, and process payments. The platform includes ticket sales tools, mobile scanning applications, seat map configuration, and analytics reporting.

To use Fliko as an event organizer, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Fliko processes payments through integrated payment providers including Stripe, BLIK, and Przelewy24. By using payment processing features, you also agree to the terms of the applicable payment provider. Fliko's service fees are charged as a percentage of ticket revenue. Specific fee rates are outlined in your account agreement or on the applicable product page. Payouts to organizers are processed according to the schedule described in your account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

Fliko and its logos, software, and platform content are the intellectual property of Fliko. You retain ownership of content you submit (event descriptions, images, etc.) but grant Fliko a limited license to display and process it for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Event Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel an event, you are responsible for refunding ticket buyers in accordance with your published refund policy and applicable Polish consumer protection law. Fliko may assist with automated refund processing where technically possible but cannot be held liable for your failure to refund ticket buyers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fliko provides its platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption. To the extent permitted by Polish law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of Fliko is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your use of the platform creates legal risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Termination does not relieve you of obligations to ticket buyers for events that have already been sold.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered organizers of significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Warsaw, Poland. EU consumers retain the right to bring claims in their country of residence.
